Contributing to regional conversations on data, AI and business transformation through:

You have data. That is not the same as having clarity.

Different reports tell different stories. Teams spend hours reconciling numbers. Leadership meetings become debates about whose version is right.

When the numbers are hard to trust, decisions slow down or default to instinct.

The shift

What changes when your data becomes clear

Decisions you can defend

Walk into the room knowing where the numbers came from, what they mean and why the recommendation makes sense.

Revenue and margin made visible

See where the business is making money, losing opportunity or needs attention.

A clearer next move

Spend less time interpreting reports and more time deciding what to do next.

Questions we help leaders answer

  • Which products, customers or locations are actually driving growth?

We connect product, customer, location and sales information so leaders can see where growth is coming from, where it is slowing and which opportunities deserve attention.

  • Where are we losing margin or carrying hidden cost?

We examine revenue, cost, discount, product mix and operating patterns to identify where value is being lost and which areas need a closer decision.

  • Why do different teams report different numbers?

This usually happens when teams use different sources, definitions, reporting dates or manual adjustments. We identify where the numbers diverge and establish a more trusted method for leadership reporting.

  • Which reports should leadership actually pay attention to?

We begin with the recurring decisions leaders must make, then identify the smallest set of measures, trends and exceptions needed to support those decisions.

  • Where could automation save our teams the most time?

We look for repetitive reporting, data preparation and hand-off processes that consume skilled time, create delays or increase the risk of error.

  • Are we ready for AI, and where should we start?

We assess the business problem, available data, workflow, risks and expected value before recommending a focused AI use case or pilot.

The technology comes after the question. We start by clarifying the decision you need to make.

The process

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Start with the decision

We begin with the business question, the decision that needs to be made and what is currently getting in the way.

  2. Step 2

    Make the numbers trustworthy

We clean, structure and connect the information behind the scenes so the business is working from a more reliable view of performance.

  3. Step 3

    Build the decision support

Depending on the problem, this may include Power BI dashboards, automated reporting, data engineering, forecasting, predictive analytics, integrations or practical AI solutions.

  4. Step 4

    Translate insight into action

The goal is not another report to interpret. Leadership should be able to see the key takeaway, understand what changed and identify the next action worth considering.

Featured case story | Retail and FMCG

From sales data to clearer growth decisions

A retail and FMCG business had plenty of sales data, but limited visibility into what was actually driving performance.

The information existed across products, customers, locations and reporting periods, but answering basic commercial questions took too much effort. Which products were really driving growth? Where was performance slowing down? Which customers or locations needed attention? Where should the commercial team focus next?

DataAura helped turn that fragmented information into a clearer view of business performance. Leadership could more easily see patterns across products, customers and sales activity, identify areas that deserved attention and bring a stronger fact base into commercial discussions.

The result was not simply better reporting. The analysis created a clearer basis for decisions around product focus, customer priorities, promotions, assortment and sales opportunities that can support revenue growth.

Before

Plenty of data, but difficult to see what was actually driving performance.

Clarified

A more coherent view of product, customer, location and sales trends, with important opportunities easier to identify.

Next best decision

Focus commercial effort where the data showed the strongest opportunity for growth.

Ebony De Leon, Founder & CEO, DataAura Analytics Ltd

Hi, I’m Ebony.

I’ve spent my career helping organizations make sense of complicated information.

Before founding DataAura Analytics, I built and led analytics teams, worked across business functions and helped turn complex data into tools that leaders could actually use to make decisions.

I’ve learned that the hardest part is rarely building another report. The real challenge is figuring out which numbers matter, making sure people trust them and translating what the data is saying into a decision someone can act on.

That is the work I built DataAura to do.

Today, I work with organizations across the Caribbean to clean and structure their data, improve how information moves through the business and build decision tools that give leaders a clearer view of what is happening and what they should consider doing next.

I believe businesses do not need more complexity. They need clarity.

Questions executives ask us

What does DataAura Analytics do?

DataAura helps business leaders turn scattered, messy data into trusted insight and clearer decisions. The work can include data cleaning, business intelligence, Power BI, reporting automation, data engineering, analytics and practical AI, depending on the decision the business needs to make.

Who does DataAura work with?

DataAura primarily works with executives and teams in Caribbean organizations that need clearer visibility across sales, finance, operations, customers or other business performance areas.

Do our data and reports need to be clean before we start?

No. In many cases, the problem is that the information is scattered, inconsistent or difficult to trust. Part of the work is understanding what exists, improving the structure and creating a more reliable foundation.

Is DataAura only a Power BI company?

No. Power BI is one tool DataAura may use. The work starts with the business decision and then selects the right combination of analytics, automation, data engineering, reporting or AI to support it.

Can DataAura help us figure out where to start with AI?

Yes. DataAura can help leaders identify practical AI opportunities, assess whether the underlying data and processes are ready, and prioritize use cases based on business value rather than novelty.

Where does DataAura work?

DataAura is based in Trinidad & Tobago and works with organizations across the Caribbean, with broader regional ambitions across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Your data should make the next decision clearer.

Let’s talk about the decision you need to make and what is getting in the way.
